The beach and pools were fantastic. The food was varied and tasty, especially the fresh pico de gallo. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room decor and pillows need improvement. Overall, a great choice for families. Loved the all-inclusive amenities!

I recently stayed at a family-friendly resort in Mexico for 14 days and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially at the restaurants, were incredibly nice and hardworking. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. The location was excellent, with easy access to downtown, the hotel zone, and the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The pool area was lovely, and the bartenders were amazing. I made many friends during my stay and enjoyed the delicious food at the various restaurants. I had a satisfying and memorable time.

Gorgeous property with a stunning beachfront location. The all-inclusive package is great and the food is delicious. Exceptional service from the friendly and polite staff. The pool area could've been cleaner, but no big deal. Had a bit of reservation confusion, but easily resolved.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful blue water and minimal seaweed. the hotel also had a convenient dive shop nearby, making it easy for us to arrange underwater adventures. Additionally, the fish tacos at the on-site restaurant were absolutely delicious - definitely a highlight of our stay!

The reservation process for some of the restaurants can be a bit inconvenient, with guests having to line up before 4pm to secure a reservation.

The lobby staff ensured that we were on the right shuttle for transfers and tours. The best part was having access to not only the beach in front of the hotel but also the one next door. The ocean view from our balcony was amazing, although the noise level at night was a bit high. The food was also really good overall.

We stayed at a hotel on a beautiful public beach facing the ocean. The restaurant selection was great, with about 4 restaurants to choose from. The room was comfortable, had great service, and offered breakfast with a stunning view. One of the coolest facilities were the waterslides, they were so much fun.

The air conditioning was noisy and didn't let us rest properly.

The pirate-themed pools were amazing, and my kids had a great time on the waterslides and trampoline. The family activities provided plenty of fun, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

We especially enjoyed the themed restaurants and the different cuisines they offered. the location of the hotel was great. It was close to the beach and had easy access to other attractions in the area. We loved being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

One of the drawbacks we experienced was the check, in process. It took longer than expected to get our room, which was a bit frustrating.
