The beach and pools were fantastic. The food was varied and tasty, especially the fresh pico de gallo. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room decor and pillows need improvement. Overall, a great choice for families. Loved the all-inclusive amenities!

The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. The location was excellent, with easy access to downtown, the hotel zone, and the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The pool area was lovely, and the bartenders were amazing. I made many friends during my stay and enjoyed the delicious food at the various restaurants. I had a satisfying and memorable time.

The ocean view from our balcony was amazing, although the noise level at night was a bit high. The food was also really good overall.

We stayed at a hotel on a beautiful public beach facing the ocean. The restaurant selection was great, with about 4 restaurants to choose from. The room was comfortable, had great service, and offered breakfast with a stunning view. One of the coolest facilities were the waterslides, they were so much fun.
